Hi All, I am getting some strange results when I run a number of threads (45 to be exact) and try to execute queries in them. Strange part is, if threads are less than 15 I do not get any error for the same queries. As soon as I create 15 or more threads and try to execute the query, I get an out of memory error. The queries are simple select from table1 and insert into table2. I am creating a new session, database and query object in each thread. I have the latest patches of BDE installed on my machine and the BDE version is 5.11. I am running Builder 4 under NT 4.0. I also have Service pack 5 installed. The machine is a Pentium III (450) and I have 160 MB of memory. Here are the BDE Settings: LOW MEMORY USAGE LIMIT 32 MAXBUFSIZE 65535 MAXFILEHANDLES 4096 MEMSIZE 205 MINBUFSIZE 128 SHREDMEMSIZE 2048 I am wondering if anyone else has come across this problem. Or if there is a resolution/work around for it. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Tanveer Khan.
