Thank you for your help.

 Now I fixed the problem!. It was a problem by the configuration of
MS-Access. I use the Native-Driver of MS-Access. I had to change the
registry. 
The path was 
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Jet\3.5\Engines\Paradox
There I had to add 

ParadoxUserName=Andy
ParadoxNetPath=C:\PDOXDB
ParadoxNetStyle=4.x

the same as I configured the BDE. But I don't know the parameter
ParadoxNetStyle. It change the lock-method of 3.x and 4.x. I have to try
it.
