Hi, Lilian!

You will need to log on as the user who installed Interbase (maybe the
administrator, maybe not) and find the Interbase settings under
HKEY_CURRENT_USER, export them, edit the resulting file to be based in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE (I think), and then import the file. I won't
guarantee this, but that may be what they mean.
