Is there a technique for handling large tables using a multi-tier model ?
The client side of my application takes far to long to load on startup.  It
seems that all (12) the tables from the application server are all loaded
locally on the client before the application is up & running.

Usage:

BCB 3.0
Multi-tier application.
Sybase Server on the back-end.
Typical forms & controls etc. on the client-side.
