Can't transfer array to server

Best wishes for All!

See such piece of code:
Variant varCodes = VarArrayCreate(OPENARRAY(int,(0,1)),varVariant);
  varCodes.PutElement("220510900",0);
  varCodes.PutElement("417",1);
.......
  HRESULT z =
itfNSIDisp.get_ByIndex(WideString("DELSTAKC"),WideString("KODTOV"),
WideString("ST_L,OPER"),VARIANT(varCodes),WideString("DELSTTOV"));

The problem is so:
when I recieve my varCodes on server it is not array!
It worked before, but now it refuses.

The type of parametre on server is TVariant(not Variant, it's the caprise of
TLB editor). Tvariant have no methods of Variant, so I need to transfer
varCodes like VARIANT(varCodes), and do on server
varCodevalues = VARIANT(avarCodes)
 or
 varCodevalues = avarCodes.GetBaseVariant();

Without such tricks I receive during translation a lot of "ambiguity between
TVariantT<...> Tvariant & ... and TVariantT<...> System::Variant  &".
Before installation of Update pack #1 I can do

Tvariant  a = VarArrayOf(varCodes,1);
now I can only
Variant a = VarArrayOf(varCodes,1) if I don't wish to receive "ambiguity
between";

Why exists Tvariant? I can manually change in _TLB.h, _TLB.cpp and impl
files TVariant to Variant and compiler admits it, but when I do any change
in TLB, it restores TVariant.

But with TVariant or Variant I can't receive array on server.

HELP!

Alex.
