Jeff,
Now Im getting a Database Engine Error:
Vendor Inititialization failed.
Cannot load an IDAPI service library.
I've checked the path "path = c:\orawin\bin;"
there is no ora72.dll,ora73.dll, only ora7win.dll,ora71win.dll,ora72win.dll
and ora6win.dll. I've tried all in the Vendor Init  definition of the Oracle
Link(BDE), and keep getting the error above?
