I sent in a bug report to Borland a couple of weeks ago along with the work around. The response I got from the person investigating the bug was "I rebuilt empedit and it worked for me". This would be the case if you don't force the tlb editor to regenerate the code. This should have been obvious. I don't think this guy spent two minutes trying to solve the problem. And of course the resubmitted bug report goes to the end of the queue.
