What is the syntax for performing an 'logical and' between a field of a
paradox table and an user defined variable at runtime in a SQL-Query?

my query looks like this:

select * from RecTable where
( RecTable.Days & :ConnectDay )

Note: - ConnectDay is variable which is filled runtime
          - & must be 'Logical AND'
          - Days is field of RecTable Database
          - RecTable is of type Paradox

& as 'logical and' does not work, so what is the syntax for 'logical
and' when using a Paradox table?
