I'd like to have some examples and documentation about:
         1) how can I create a simpleMTS component with C++ Builder 4.0
         2) how can I install it in the MTS run-time environment
         3) how can I write a simple client that create the MTS
             component, again in C++ Builder 4.0
         4) how can I debug the MTS component with C++ Builder 4.0.
