OK,  in one of my applications,  there are many threads running and it
does not have the errors you mention.  It can be done,  so I would look
into exactly what conditions cause your errors.  You may find that you
are accidentally doing something to the table that you do not realize...

Well,  I would guess (since I can't do any more than that with what has
been provided) that you are getting your Grid out of sync with the table
it is receiving data from.  Possibly by adding records to the table
without refreshing it,  then attempting to access the record in the
grid,  but it isn't available ther yet...  Once again,  to resolve this
one,  you will need to do a little debugging to determine what is
causing the problem,  then you should be able to find a solution for
it...
