Hi,

If I warp up an ActiveX with a VCL derived from TDataSet, will it be
compatiable with the data access mechanism of MicroSoft Visual Basic.

I imported an FarPoint's Spread ActiveX(something like DBGrid), one
important property is missing, "DataSource". So, I can NOT connect this
"DBGrid" likes component with Builder's(Version 4.0) data-access
controls. Too bad. And, if I did create a components derived from
TClientDataSet, will it work fine in the VB's enviroments?

Thank in advance

Jack Lin
