I have problem I cant quite seem to solve. I am trying to develop a multi-tier application (database + appserver + clientapp) using excel databases. Using DCOM with MidasConnection, I can access the data on any client with TCP/IP access to the server. But the problem comes, when the database is updated (simultaneosly by Office Excel97) : How do I get the server to detect these changes and automatically update the clients?
