That is incompatable.  You will need to rebuild it for BCB.  dpl's are
from Delphi3 which means it was linked up with ver 3.0 of the VCL.  BCB
3 uses VCL3.5.  This means that the v-tables probably wouldn't match up
even if you could get it into the enviorment.
