Yes you can. There are several ways to do this. One example:

1. TDataModule is called DataModule1.
2. TClientDataSet on DataModule1 is called ClientDataSet1.
3. The form you wish to access ClientDataSet1 from is called SomeForm.
4. The TDataSource you place on SomeForm is called DataSource1.

At design time, you could set the DataSet property of DataSource1 to DataModule1->ClientDataSet1.

If you wanted to achieve this at run-time (in code), you would have to include the DataModule's header in the form you wish to access the DataModule's components from.
