ClientDataSet Refresh () problem with master/detail

Hi,

Using the MasterSource and MasterFields properties, I have a ClientDataSet
representing a child table hooked to a ClientDataSet representing the parent
table.

When I call Refresh () on the child dataset, the cursor is repositioned to
the last record.

(Just for a test, I I unhooked the child from the parent and called Refresh
(). The cursor remained where it was prior to the Refresh ().

Can anyone explain this behaviour? Or suggest a way I can retain my cursor
position?

Thanks
Bruce Theobald
