Address announced by Arioch isn't supported over two years. The right URL
for Vladimir Gaitanoff homepage is http://www.vglib.com/

Freeware with source version of Hyperbase (v 3.6) published at the beginning
of April as OpenSource at homepage and Torry's -
http://www.torry.net/db/mtier/db_midas/vghbase.zip

So, author of Hyperbase has no any attention to Arioch announce at all.
