Hi, Gary! There are many ways to use BCB for multi-tier development, and it is not necessary to use the Borland Enterprise Server. You can create multitier programs using sockets, DCOM, CORBA, or COM+ connections over DataSnap (formerly MIDAS). Remote data modules in particular make it easy to create multitier applications, especially those providing database information to higher tiers, though they are also useful for other, non-database tiers. I hope this helps get you started.
