Hello,

The Midas Newsgroup isnt working so I post this here.

Im Trying to set up an test system wich should soon replace the current 
production system wich is working at the same Customer.
But I cant get it running on the Testsystem.

- The running Application used some Registry keys in the Installshield 
setup. but if I want to connect to it remote I get an Error on the 
Client cant connect to Object ( and some Classid) But I found the 
CLASSID from the Errorbox in the Registry. The Programm uses 
SocketConnection and Socketserver.exe. Did I need socketc.exe on the 
Client machine? I Even tryd TREGSVR on the TLB file of this App.


- I have also written an Midas.dll File to be used instead of the old 
Programm. I Installed it using TRegsvr midasproject.tlb on the server. 
If I connect to this Dll, I get a short connection and the message
error loading midas.dll.

So my Question: How do I Install Midas correctly?
