Hello All,

I am new to Borland�s C++ Builder. I am having a devil of a time trying to write a �hello world� type database program. I have successfully created a BDE alias to my database server. I have confirmed the connection to the database (Informix). My problems seem to arise in the actual programming. All I want to do is to write a program to connect to the database, pass in two dynamically generated SQL statements, and print the results to the screen.

I have been muddling around with placing tDataSource and TTable objects onto the screen, but that�s as far as I get before getting all kinds of errors. I think I�m missing some important steps. Anyone know what I�m doing wrong?
