Hello to All

Has anyone else had problems saving (large) blobs from a Midas client to a
Midas server?
I have written a small test client and server that prompts for a file name
and attempts to send the file via either a blob field, or via a server
method. No databases are involved.

The apps work great on local machines. On separate machines, the client
hangs after a few tries. Using sockets or http connection does not make a
difference.

Has any one come accross this?
This problem can lead to us dropping Midas as a useful technology.
