Hi there!

I write a multi-thread program under win2k and bcb5, everything runs well,
but I found that the CPU (PIII 933) consumed 100% every second while I ran
my application, who can tell me how to write a low cpu consumption
application with multi-thread features.

I used the bcb5's new...(in "File" mennu) wizard and generate a new Thread
object to finish a multi-thread app. I set the thread priority to tpLow, but
had no effect.
