Hi,

I want to use MIDAS but I want to be as ready as can be to port to Kylix
soon. This means that I have to stay away from COM and DCOM, which leads to
the following to questions:

1.) How do I create a RemoteDataModule based on CORBA?
I know it is possible to create a CORBA server containing a DataModule but
how do I make the data available to the client? I assume that I should still
use TDataSetProvider, because that is where MIDAS' magic lies, but how do I
publish it through the CORBA interface?

2.) How do the client connect to the RemoteDataModule using CORBA?
Under the MIDAS tab on the component palette the only connections available
is TDCOMConnection, TSocketConnection and TWebConnection. Both
TSocketConnection and TWebConnection also use COM internally.
TCORBAConnection???
