Printing file date

I would like to know if anyone could tell me how to print the date and
time stamp of a file in a C++ Builder windows application. (Example:
08/22/00 2:20 PM).

I would also like to know how to list files, size, dates, etc., as in
Windows file manager using a DriveComboBox, DirectoryListBox, and
ListView component in a C++ Builder application.

Thanks,

Randy Jordan
