What do filters expect for a date format for clientdatasets? Is there a way
I can use a consistent 4 digit year date format of my choosing when using
filters?? There seems to be issues when a user changes there regional
settings date format.... Please help!

Likewsie when i pass in dates to storedprocs what format does it expect??
