Good Day All,

  I have built a very simple distributed app as follows:

SERVER:
1 Created App
2 Added a Remote Data Module to the Application.  Placed a TQuery, and a
DataSetProvider on the module.
3 I include the DataModule header ONLY to the source of the project.  I
noticed that there are 2 other header I could include, tlb and atl, but
I leave those alone.
4 Compiled and Linked the App.
- I keep getting the warning "P is assigned a valued that is never
used".  This is coming from the atlvcl.h file.  I don't know what to do
about that.

CLIENT:
1 Created a simple app.  Placed a datasource and a dbgrid
2 Added a regular DataModule to the app.
3 Placed a TCPIPConnection and ClientDataSet object on the module.

Here is where the problem starts.

- If I try to fillout the Connection object and, and set Connect=TRUE,
all is OK.  As soon as I try to set Connect=FALSE, I get a codeGuard
error.  I have no clue what to do about that.  I noticed that this
happens even if I use a DComConnection object.

- Also, I noticed that when in design mode, when I drop down the list of
servername, I see a list of all previously created tests, and hacking
that I have ever done.  How do I clear this list ?
