I'm a beginner with CORBA and I have a couple of questions:

Should VisiBroker work with any JRE other than version 1.2.2 (which is the
default version installed with VisiBroker 4.5), when I install VisiBroker
4.5 over JRE 1.4.1, I get strange
errors using visibroker tools, i.e. while running idl2cpp: "... overrides
FINAL method".

Even with JRE 1.2.2 I cannot create a IDL Repository (an entry in the
VisiBroker Smart Agent log is as follows: "there are no known providers
providing the requested service", and the C++Builer 6 wizzard sais "unable
to execute IREP.EXE with the follownign command IREP MyRep MyRepFile"

Does VisiBroker 4.5 support BOA (I've read that it's been deprecated in
4.0). The C++Builder 6 wizzards (new/multi-tier/create corba server) create
BOA initialization code. But when the code is executed, I get an exception:
PortableServer_POA::AdapterNonExistent.
