How can i update my data in a database ? I have a Midas server with the data connections (ADO) and a client with dcom connection to the midas server. I can read data and change it on the client application, but the changes do not apply on the database. Why ?

you must call ApplyUpdates to update remote data.
sample code:
void __fastcall TForm1::ButtonApplyUpdatesClick(TObject *Sender)
{
ClientDataSet1->ApplyUpdates(0);
}
read the on_line help for further info.
hope this will help.
