Can httpsrvr.dll support windows 2003 server?

I am using WebConnection, if I connect to windows 2000 server there is no
problem
but I found that, If I connect to MS Windows 2003 Server Web Edition, Error
"Not Found 404" is occurred

all the config of IIS is the same.
the virtual path is set to "Scripts and Executables"

How can I solve it?
is it support 2003 ???
