Thats correct.
I did download the files BDE_PRO.msm and BDEMMCFG.EXE from 
www.installshield.com and succeded in adding the BDE to the 
"Redistributables" View, but did not succeed in getting the functionality. 
No wizard starts.
About QC, it seems that only paying Borland Customers can write to the QC, 
is that correct?.
