Folks,  I am developing a program and I've choosen to statically link the libraries.  All worked fine a couple of version ago, running the program on a basic XP machine but now I get the error STLPMT45.DLL WAS NOT FOUND.  Can't find any info on what the DLL does so I'm not sure what I added to cause this problem and the biggest problem please help me solve it.
