Hi,

In the "Specify InstallShield Options for Borland C++ Builder" there is 
a General Options Section.  In there you select BDE (Borland Database 
Engine) and then click on the Settings button.  After selecting the type 
of install (Full or Partial) click on the Next button and you'll get to 
the place where the Aliases are defined.
