I have several applications that I would like to modify to run as a service under Windows. I am just beginning this exercise so I can't really ask any specific questions yet. Is there any references, including example projects, on how to create a service? Any general info on creating a project to run as a service would be helpful. Thanks

You could look at the TService classes in the help which came with the compiler, the documentation on what is in the winsvc.hpp and svcmgr.hpp files in the compiler's Include\VCL directory. For non-VCL use of services, you might look at the articles listed here: http://www.mulroy.org/msoft.htm#services and at this: http://www.commsoft.com/services.html I find the reason you asked about how to create services in the deployment group instead of in the nativeapi group to be a mystery. .
