I am running C++ Builder Version 6 (Build10.161) Personal edition 2002

My help files tell me that InstallShield Express should be bundled with the
program on disk to enable me to deploy my program on another computer but
this does not appear to be so.

Can I download the program or have you any comments please?

Look at the feature matrix.  In it you will be able to see that
InstallShield is not part of the Personal Edition.

The help files are the same for all editions.  They are not censored to
remove descriptions of items which may not be in the edition that you have.
