I am trying to get a single exe.

When I uncheck  Project|Options|Packages|Build with runtime packages I get
the following error:

Debugger Exception Notification
---------------------------
Project Redload.exe raised exception class EOSError with message 'System
Error.  Code: 1410.
Class already exists'. Process stopped. Use Step or Run to continue.


The error occurs in WinMain as follows

WINAPI WinMain(HINSTANCE, HINSTANCE, LPSTR, int)
{
  try
  {
     Application->Initialize();
     Application->CreateForm(__classid(TForm1), &Form1);
     Application->Run(); <<<<<<ERROR OCCURS HERE
  }

If I check  Project|Options|Packages|Build with runtime packages  everything
works fine.

I am fairly new to Builder Any suggestions as to why it works one way but
not the other.

I am runnilg C++Builder 6.

Try also unchecking the "Use dynamic RTL" in the linker options.
