        Hello,

                I'd like to know what options do I have to setup up and/or
code to include/exclude in order to make an output file that doesn't need to
call libraries at run-time. If it's possible.

    I appreciate your help.

in your project settings.
 do not use Dynamic RTL.,
 and in the packages settings do not use Run Time packages.
