I have been experiencing some problems launching an application that uses National Instrument DLL's. I have been told that the source of the problem is that I don't have the following Borland DLL's on my PC:
1) CW3250.DLL
2) CW3220NT.DLL
...I can't locate any of these on my PC, and they were not
installed with Borland 5. Do they actually exist, and if so,
then where can I find them ?

They are the runtime library DLL's from C++ Builder version 5. You say "they were not installed with Borland 5". If what you have is Borland C++ then version 5 is about 7 years out of date and does not have those DLL's. If you have C++ Builder 5 or the command line tools from C++ Builder 5 then they should be in the compiler's BIN directory. .
