TApplication provides a framework to be used with WinHelp (HelpFile, HelpContext function, etc.)
Is there an easy way to incorporate HtmlHelp (.CHM format)?

Off the top of my head...

#pragma link "HtmlHelpViewer"

Then the TApplication help framework should work with .CHM files (at least 
in BDS...)
