I think that my colleague does. At least he wrote our functions which
take care of code page conversions. We had to do that because some of
our conversions are from non-standard character sets. I was on holiday
when he finished it and I came back to discover that our wildcard
matching function had suddenly acquired a codepage argument :-/

BTW:I neglected to mention that "Arial MS Unicode" is now on almost
every machine and is a very complete font.
