Nope - they appear as additional components.

We try to avoid installing third party components because installation
is usually a bit fraught (it was for ElDos) and because we can never
quite remember how to install/manage packages anyway.

FWIW I will say that the ElDos components worked very well and
installation didn't go wrong..it was just a bit daunting being given a
dozen steps to follow most of which read like a black magic incantation
:)

At present we only translate our suite into Latin alphabet based
languages. We do need to be able to render 'anything' in some places
but that's purely a presentation issue. That means we only need Unicode
support in a few places like the file viewer or directory navigation.

One gotcha to be aware of (if you aren't already) is the way that
Windows reverses the rendering order of strings in right to left
languages. This is why dealing with the cursor in our file viewer
became interesting :)
