Check your Unit.h  to contain a statement

#include "TntDBGrids.hpp"

instead of

#include "TntDBGrids.h"

Also check your include path in Project -> Options ->Tab Directories to
contain the path to TntUnicode folder .

Is useful if you mantain that path in default Project - Options (means for 
every project)
