My BCB (editor & EXEs) has lost local diacritical marks

Hi,

I always used Serbian (Latin) in BCB, even with Win98. At
Windows XP, I was first supposed to make some changes in
ControlPanel / Regional & ... / Language for non-unicode
programs.

That trick I shared a couple of times here (at this NG) and
that solved the problem. Now, *I* have the same problem
even everything is setted as supposed.

At my BCB editor I cannot see Serbian (Latin) characters
any more, and also my programs (EXEs) cannot show them
also. Everywhere in Windows those characters *can* be
entered/seen.

What happend?
