Hi,

Hope this will help, I'm not sure if this is your problem.

I use polish signs and after clean install i have to do one thing:

Open regedit and find key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Borland\C++Builder\6.0\Editor\Options

add a new value 'NoCtrlAltKeys' and set it to '1' (digit one)
