Several, it depends how many places you need to do it.

If it's only in a few places such as an app that won't be translated to
Chinese and just needs to be able to show captions or somesuch then you
can paint the text yourself using TextOutW. For something like a TLabel
it's pretty trvial but for something like TListView it begins to get
complicated :)

If you're looking to write an application that is fully Unicode enabled
so that it can be translated to Chinese or Japanese then you probably
do need a proper set of Unicode components. For translation I
personally favour:
