I recently bought the professional version of C++ Builder v5.0.

I need to create international versions of my software. In Visual C++ v6.0,
Microsoft provides ressoucestring tables that help you to regroup all your
strings and create international version of your software. 

Can Borland C++ Builder v5.0 do almost the same?
If so, could somebody send me a piece of information and even one code source
sample or internet site adresses?

I read about an expert program that help developers to build international DLLs.
How does this work? Does anybody know about an online site that deals with this
problem and give some samples ?
