Hi,

Topic : Building resource dlls with foreign (e.g. Oriental) languages under
Borland cpp Builder

Juding on the postings and replies this seems to be a long shot but here
goes :

I have made real efforts to make my project language independable and I've
done this via resource dlls which are build from *.rc files.
In the code I load the text via the Windows function LoadString()

All seems to work great (Western Languages) but the *.rc files translated to
Chinses sent to me don't seem to work.
Well ... I can build dlls from these *.rc files but (tested in China) the
dlls don't work properly.
The helpful Chinese engineer built the dlls with VC++ from the very same
*.rc files and then IT WORKS !

This can because of two reasons : his VC++ is Chinese and this has something
to do with it or VC++ is better for this task.

Anyway,
I find it hard to believe Borland cpp Builder 5 isn't up to the task !?
Can you please (urgently) advice what I need to do be be able to build the
*.rc files into dlls that WORK in China ?
