Reading Rich Text in C++ Builder 4
I am using the LoadFromFile function to read rtf text into a Rich Text
control.
The foreign language font uses character positions 145 - 148 for other than
the single and double quotes.

When text is written out to file, character 147 is written out as rtf
control \ldblquote, etc. However, when read back in the \ldblquote is
replaced by the default " character.
Any suggestions on how to deal with this? eg. Is there a way of modifying
the look-up table that the rtf reader uses?
