No, Peter.

Following are the tools and the steps I'm using:
I'm using C++Builder6.
The language that is used when launching the application is determined by
"Borland",
because "they" read the Registry in
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Borland\Locales"
before loading it.
For example, this Key could be:

Name:    D:\myFolder\myAPP.exe
Type:     REG_SZ
Value:    ENG

So myAPP.exe will launch using the resources in myAPP.eng.
So, I am not able to specify for the resources DLL a different path
than that of the executable's path.

I think this is the standard way Borland Applications work with
Resource-DLL.

Am I missing anything, Peter?
Thanks again,
Joe.
