Jim, I share your sentiments.  One look at the small amount of activity in
this NG is enough to tell you that there exists too little information on
this topic.  I think it's one of those topics that everyone knows about but
no one wants to talk about because it's too messy.  Sadly Borland techies
respond to queries in this NG infrequently or not at all.  I'm not sure if
this indicates their indifference to the issue (who cares about foreign
countries anyway...) -or- if the issue is really very complicated with far
reaching ramifications that providing full support to it would be
economically prohibitive.  I see you've made other postings here - also
without response.  Check out my reply to "In Swedish" for more information
that I have to offer - hope it helps.  Basically I think we're all on our
own for this one...
