Hi,

how to do the following:

I'm using a german version of C++ Builder. The shortcut "Shift + Ctrl + 
F1" is displayed as "Umsch + Strg + F1".
I have two questions: 

Who is resposible for displaying the shortcuts in a certian lauguage 
windows or the version of C++ Builder that is used by the developer?

A french user had german hotkeys on his his french system. How to can I 
see french shortcuts
