How to enable integrated translation environment for C++ Builder projects in BDS 2006? Resource DLL Wizard don't exists for new C++ Builder projects.

This is the big lye from borland. You pay the same price for the enterprise level of the BDS, but you don't get the same price as delphi users do. You even can't recompile your old resource dlls from BCB6 enterprise. Sorry, you can compile, but they are unusable.
